Image Rights Assignment Contract

Freely authorize Galénic Cosmetics Laboratory ("Galénic") (a simplified joint-stock company with capital of 20,010,000 euros, headquartered at 3, rue du Colonel Moll, 75017 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number Paris B 889 310 108), to use photographs and/or films using my image, my voice or my first and last name, in all types of communication in order to illustrate or promote the present, past or future activities or projects of the aforementioned company in the context of:

Events organized and content produced by the Galénic Dermatology Research Fund

The Company may capture, use and broadcast the image of the Assignor on all media known to date, including written, audio-visual and electronic media, including the Internet. The Company may use the image for both internal and public purposes. Broadcasting is authorized for any use in this context.

This authorization is granted :

Free of charge,
For a period of 15 years
Worldwide

ATTENTION: one application is equivalent to one choice of theme. To apply for more than one research theme, you must submit a new application.

Application form *

Applications must be a PDF file in both French and English submitted by September 8, 2024. It must include: a summary of the project, a detailed presentation of the project (objectives, materials & methods, expected results), a financial plan, a presentation of the team, if applicable, and a list of previous publications, if any.
