FASCIAL WAKE-UP

Objective: stimulate micro-circulation, release surface tension and prime skin for treatment.

Warm the palms (5 seconds)
→ Rub hands together until a gentle heat is felt.
Static presses (3 seconds per zone)
→ Place the palm or flat fingers on the forehead, cheekbones and then the jawline base. Hold without movement to relax the tissue.
Lift–Swipe (×1)
→ With flat fingers, sweep gently from chin to ears, then glide down to the base of the neck. This revives superficial circulation and prepares the skin matrix.

Result: skin is warmed, more receptive, ready to capture actives.

Step 1/3. MICRO-REPAIR MASK – 10–15 min

When: morning after stress, evening post-travel, or whenever discomfort strikes—1×/week (or SOS).

How: Deposit – Activate – Rest – Rinse

Deposit (20 s)
→ Press entire monodose over face & neck in a visible layer; no massage.

Activate (10 s)
→ Lay palms: 3 s on cheeks, 3 s on forehead, 3 s on chin—instant soothing.

Rest 10–15 min
→ Cooling gel works while micro-beads melt on their own.

Rinse with cool water, pat dry with gentle presses.

How : Pick Up – Deposit – Drain – Fuse

Pick Up (1 rice grain/eye)
→ Take a small amount—one rice grain per eye—using the metal applicator for instant cooling and decongestion.
Deposit
→ Apply in 3 strategic points below the eye (inner corner, centre, outer corner) and along the brow bone.
Drain (15 s)
→ Smooth from inner corner to temple with light pressure, 3 times using the applicator; finish with 3 micro-circles at the temple to stimulate lymphatic flow.
Fuse (15 s)
→ Gently tap with the tip of the index finger, from inner corner to crow’s feet—reactivating microcirculation, anchoring actives into the skin’s depths.
